By downloading, accessing, or using the Delifin (taksifi) mobile applications (Customer: com.delifin.customer, Partner: com.delifin.partner, Rider: com.delifin.rider) or related services ("Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Delifin is a food delivery platform that connects customers with restaurants (partners) and delivery riders. We provide the technology to place, manage, and fulfill orders. Restaurants are responsible for food preparation; riders are responsible for delivery.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information (name, phone, email).
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must be of legal age in your country to create an account and place orders.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
4. Orders and Payments
- Order confirmation is subject to restaurant and rider availability.
- Prices, delivery fees, and taxes are shown before you place an order.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
- Refunds and cancellations follow our in-app policies and restaurant rules.
5. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are approximate. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, restaurant preparation time, or other circumstances beyond our control. You must provide a valid delivery address and be available to receive the order.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse the Service for fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
- Harass restaurants, riders, support staff, or other users.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload our systems.
- Use another person’s account without permission.
7. Partner and Rider Terms
Restaurant partners and riders using Delifin apps are also bound by these terms and any separate partner/rider agreements. They must comply with local laws, food safety rules, and delivery regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, and content related to Delifin remain our property or that of our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Delifin is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including food quality issues attributable to restaurants, delivery delays outside our reasonable control, or third-party payment failures.

11. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time. See our Account Deletion page for instructions.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Significant changes may be notified in-app or by email.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Delifin operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be handled according to applicable consumer protection laws.
